Scope:

Implement projects to ensure service delivery covering design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning of platform operations Applications.
Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.
Ensure compliance with the Authority's Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8 and IT Policies.
Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications. (eg. LMS Syslog, MXNet, APIMG, IDM, etc)
Manage platform operations system architecture for new and existing applications.
Serve as the main infrastructure point-of-contact for platform operations applications.
Work with SR/OS Team on infrastructure matters impacting platform operations applications.
Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews, endorse hardening standards, PT and VAST remediation for platform operations applications.
Experience with AI and machine learning tools, platforms, with use cases within an ICT infrastructure or platform operations context.
Support and contribute to the team's automation front (eg. Configuration Management & Automated Testing) via AI initiatives, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance platform operations efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery outcomes.
Maintain a sound understanding of the platform operations application's environment.
