Your main responsibilities:
Call companies and introduce MCI
Identify companies that are hiring
Generate new business opportunities
Build relationships with HR managers and business owners
Understand clients' manpower requirements
Follow up with potential clients
Arrange meetings and discussions
Generate sales and earn commission
