Job Summary

You will manage order processing and direct shipments, ensuring accurate order entry, confirmation, and documentation to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify customer orders accurately to ensure correct processing
• Generate order confirmations and obtain necessary signatures for validation
• Sort and dispatch order confirmations to customers and warehouse promptly
• Record and file order confirmations systematically for easy retrieval
• Check buying and selling prices against the costing master file to maintain pricing accuracy
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) using DROP Shipment in the BPCS system for direct shipments
• Generate and distribute Confirmation of Order and PO documents to customers, including sorting, mailing, and filing
• Prepare Shipment Summary Sheets and distribute them to Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance departments for coordination
• Mail Confirmation of Order and Statement of Accounts to customers to maintain clear communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office applications to support order processing and documentation
• Effective communication skills to work independently and coordinate with teams
