-At least 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry

 -Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction team and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to meet the required quality standard.

 -Manage and maintain site records, reports and documentation.

 -Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

 -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and the construction team.

 -Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

 -Familiar with relevant construction regulations and codes.

 -Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

 -Posses positive working attitude, good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
