As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team.

The Role As our Accounts Payable Executive, you will be responsible for managing all outgoing payments, ensuring our vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time. You will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health and keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process, verify, and track daily vendor invoices and staff expense claims.

• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments in a timely manner.

• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate, and resolve any billing discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate historical records by filing and archiving accounting documents.

• Assist with month-end closing activities and audit preparations related to accounts payable.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local tax regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (LCCI or equivalent is acceptable).

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
