Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Customer Service Representative – Korean-Speaking di WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

We are currently seeking a Korean-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer service operation supporting customers in the aviation sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries through multiple communication channels and providing timely, professional assistance to customers.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone calls, live chat and email.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance based on customer enquiries.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

• Follow established operational procedures and service standards.

• Minimum TOPIK Level 5 certification is required.

• TOPIK Level 6 candidates will be given priority.

• Strong Korean language proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service experience is an advantage.

• Able to communicate professionally with customers and handle enquiries effectively.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work as part of a team.

RM9,000 – RM9,500 per month

Salary will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 5 working days per week

• 2 days off per week

• Rest days are rotational
