As we expand our multi-brand digital footprint across the region, we are looking for a highly analytical, driven SEO Specialist to take absolute ownership of our organic search ecosystem.

The Role

This role goes beyond basic keyword research. It is a vital, strategic position where you will architect our long-term organic growth, optimise our e-commerce architecture for conversions, and directly impact our regional online market share. You will be responsible for transforming organic search traffic into high-converting revenue across our entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Organic Growth Strategy: Architect, deploy, and manage the complete end-to-end SEO strategy for our primary premium e-commerce platform and its expansion landing pages.

• Technical SEO & Site Architecture: Lead regular technical SEO audits to optimise crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile responsiveness. Collaborate directly with our Web Developer to implement technical enhancements.

• On-Page & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Conduct deep keyword research and mapping to optimise product pages, category structures, and metadata. Align SEO strategy with conversion metrics to ensure traffic translates into sales.

• Regional & International Expansion Support: Develop and execute localised organic search strategies to support our regional expansion sites, establishing market authority in new regional territories.

• Data Analysis & Tool Integration: Actively leverage enterprise SEO tools (such as Semrush) alongside advanced AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). You will utilise AI as a refinement mechanism to accelerate data analysis, content frameworks, and tracking, applying your human expertise to the final execution.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Proven Track Record: 2–3 years of dedicated experience in SEO, preferably managing e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify architectures).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical SEO elements, structured data schema, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and core web vitals.

• Analytical Mindset: You do not just chase rankings; you chase revenue. You understand how to read data to discover intent and convert search volume into organic checkouts.

• Execution-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking extreme ownership of organic performance metrics.
