Job Responsibilities:
Promote and upsell company products to customers within supermarket outlets.
Engage customers and provide product information, recommendations, and encourage sales.
Distribute food and beverage samples to customers and explain product benefits.
Prepare and serve food samples where required, including simple cooking, heating, boiling, or food preparation activities in accordance with food safety standards.
Ensure product displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Replenish stocks and monitor inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Coordinate with store personnel, supervisors, and relevant departments regarding stock ordering and replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the promotion booth and work area.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other required documentation accurately and on time.
Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and administrative paperwork when required.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer enquiries professionally.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a retail supermarket environment.
Physically fit and able to carry and replenish stocks when required.
Basic food handling knowledge is an advantage.
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
Work in a fast-paced environment
Halal environment
Long hours of standing (min. 6 to 8 working hours)
