We're looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to lead our QC team and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. If you have a strong engineering background and experience in injection molding, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role You'll be responsible for ensuring quality control activities are carried out according to established procedures, driving continuous improvement, and acting as the key liaison between internal teams and customers on all quality-related matters. This role also involves close collaboration on new product introductions and troubleshooting high failure-rate issues on the production line.

What You'll Do

• Ensure QC teams carry out quality control activities in line with established procedures
• Oversee execution of inspection plans and methods as specified in inspection checklists
• Monitor quality trends and develop improvement plans for implementation
• Liaise with internal teams and customers on all quality-related issues
• Organize, upskill, and motivate the QC team toward shared quality objectives
• Participate in new project introductions and high failure-rate line investigations, including experimentation and evaluation to improve product quality

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Experience in injection molding is an advantage
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor
