What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that support business and brand objectives.
• Manage digital marketing channels, ensuring campaigns deliver strong engagement, traffic, and return on investment.
• Own and manage the brand's social media presence by engaging with customers, responding to enquiries, and handling customer feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling marketing content across digital and offline platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Work with external creative agencies on packaging designs, promotional materials (POSM), and marketing collateral.
• Partner closely with the Sales and Key Account teams to execute trade marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new product development and launches.
