Job Summary

The 10-Footer Lorry Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of goods, materials, and equipment from the company’s premises at Ubi Road 3 to customers, suppliers, and other designated locations across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the company’s 10-footer lorry safely and responsibly.

• Transport and deliver goods, materials, and equipment to designated locations.

• Load, unload, arrange, and properly secure goods during transportation.

• Check delivery orders and relevant documents to ensure accurate deliveries.

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes across Singapore.

• Conduct basic daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.

• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the lorry.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore traffic laws, road safety requirements, and company procedures.

• Obtain customer acknowledgement or proof of delivery where required.

• Assist warehouse and operations staff with loading and unloading activities.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle-related matters.

• Report accidents, damages, delays, or other delivery issues promptly to the supervisor.

• Perform other duties related to transportation and logistics as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence suitable for operating the assigned 10-footer lorry.

• Previous lorry driving or delivery experience is preferred.

• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery locations.

• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of goods.

• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.

• Able to work independently and follow delivery schedules and instructions.

• Willing to work overtime when required by business operations.
