Your Role
Manage all aspects of construction execution, from site preparation to project build-out.
Ensure construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems are carried out in accordance with approved construction plans and design drawings.
Prepare timely construction progress reports in accordance with contractual requirements, covering schedule, cost, and quality.
Document action items and follow up on outcomes from project meetings.
Facilitate regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes, and procedures.
Drive a strong culture of safety and sustainability throughout the project.
The Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant project site experience.
Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively across various disciplines and construction teams.
Technically inclined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work on-site and follow a rotating shift schedule when required.
