Kerja Sepenuh Masa Lifting Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Rotary Group Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities at site.
• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with approved lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments and company procedures.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalmen and site supervisors during lifting activities.
• Conduct pre-lifting inspections, toolbox briefings and safety checks before work starts.
• Ensure cranes, lifting appliances, lifting gears and accessories are properly inspected and have valid certification.
• Monitor lifting activities and ensure proper rigging and lifting techniques are followed.
• Immediately stop any unsafe lifting activity and report safety concerns to the Site Management/Safety Team.
• Ensure lifting activities comply with relevant DOSH/JKKP, CIDB and other applicable Malaysian requirements.
• Maintain proper records, including lifting plans, inspection checklists, permits, certificates and daily lifting reports.
• Work closely with the Site, Safety and Engineering teams to ensure lifting activities are completed safely and according to project requirements.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Lifting Supervisor certification recognised in Malaysia.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lifting, rigging or construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of crane operations, rigging practices and lifting safety requirements.
• Familiar with lifting plans, HIRARC/JSA and method statements.
• Able to supervise and communicate effectively with crane operators, riggers and signalmen.
• Strong leadership, safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under site/project pressure.
• Willing to work at project sites and overtime when required.

Added Advantage

• Experience in heavy lifting, construction, infrastructure, industrial or oil & gas projects.
• CIDB/NIOSH/DOSH-related certification.
• Experience handling mobile cranes, tower cranes or heavy lifting operations.
