Working Hours:
5.5 days week, fixed shift
Key Tasks:
Managed end-to-end air import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipment documentation.
Prepared and verified House Air Waybills (HAWB), Master Air Waybills (MAWB), manifests, billing, cost entries, shipment tracking, and pre-alert documentation for overseas agents.
Monitored daily shipment schedules and delivery status to meet customer deadlines and service commitments.
Ensured compliance with customer-specific requirements, company SOPs, airline regulations, and international freight forwarding standards.
Performed shipment tracking and maintained accurate operational records in freight management systems.
Ensured timely and accurate cargo declarations and booking information were submitted to airlines, carriers, and co-loaders.
Collaborated with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve shipment discrepancies and minimize operational disruptions.
Any other ad hoc additional functions mandated by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience.
Both Import and Export Air Freight experience will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Able to commit
5.5 days work week and shift hours.
DG (Dangerous Goods) certification preferred.
