Leadthe patient experience at an established dental group. You set the standard atthe front desk, guide the team, and keep daily operations on track — on fixedday hours.

Workschedule:
5-day work week on a rotatingshift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

What you'll do

• Hold the standard of front-line patient service
• Guide and train front-desk team members; allocateduties and cover gaps
• Handle escalations and service recovery
• Oversee accurate payments, end-of-day settlement andtimely claims
• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinicoperations (reports, records, supplies, coordination)

What we'relooking for

• Prior front-desk or patient-service experience, ideallyin a clinic or healthcare setting
• Experience guiding or training a team
• Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance) andpatient correspondence
• Strong written and spoken communication; a localdiploma or equivalent (required)
• Rotating roster including one weekend day
