Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities with clients and business partners
• Prepare design proposals and support project presentations
• Utilize art/design applications for technical and creative work
• Perform drawing measurements and calculation tasks
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and project coordination
• Work closely with the technical and sales team to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide professional consultation and technical support to customers

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, Business, or related field
• Candidates with an engineering background will have an added advantage
• Knowledge in design/art applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, or related software
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong interest in sales and client relationship management
• Able to travel for site visits and business purposes
• Independent, responsible, and willing to learn
