Job Descriptions: -

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview arrangement
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates before and after interviews to ensure smooth communication
• Prepare interview arrangements including venue setup (if needed)
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Assist in walk-in interviews, recruitment events, and job fairs when required
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates for HR management
• Ensure timely filling of vacancies according to hiring needs

Work Requirements: -

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in HR, Business Admin or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have own transport and able to travel for walk-in interviews or hiring events.
