Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share across targeted sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct consultative presentations to tailor product and surface solutions to specific project needs.
- Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Proactively track pipeline progress to consistently hit and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates with strong commercial drive are welcome).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales, networking, and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage accounts efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced market.
- Prior experience in interior materials, building products, or B2B sales is an advantage, but not required.
