Responsibilities

Event Support & Operations 

• Assist with site setup, vendor coordination, and logistics to ensure events run on time and on brief. 
• Manage on-the-day tasks such as registration, crowd flow, and basic troubleshooting to keep events smooth.

Marketing & Content 

• Create social posts, basic copy, and simple visual assets to promote events before and after activation. 
• Support post-event reporting by collecting attendee feedback and basic performance metrics.

Stakeholder & Client Support 

• Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to follow up on requirements and confirmations. 
• Help prepare client materials, run-sheets, and post-event summaries to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from marketing, communications, events management, or a related course. 
• Approximately 0 years of professional experience is expected; internships or student project experience is welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content posting workflows. 
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for simple reporting and coordination. 
• Hands-on experience with Canva or basic graphic tools is preferred.

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• Clear communicator who can follow instructions and update the team promptly. 
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure when handling on-site tasks. 
• Curious and eager to learn, with a practical, can-do attitude for event work.
