Job Summary

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations team, focusing on installation scheduling, installer coordination, documentation, invoicing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, deliveries and site arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, Sales, warehouse and installers.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and verify invoices.
• Maintain installer records and assist with work pass matters.
• Handle operational documentation and filing.
• Attend to customer feedback, complaints and rectification works.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in coordination, customer service, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
