Role Description

The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventions. The role involves tracking progress, documenting clinical findings, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. The Physiotherapist will educate clients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals when appropriate. This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, requiring regular interaction with patients in a clinical setting and participation in team meetings and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Recognized diploma/degree in Physiotherapy and valid professional registration or license (where applicable).
• Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning, including musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of rehabilitation modalities.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage caseloads efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and inclusive approach.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with referring providers.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and ongoing learning and development.
• Experience in outpatient or clinical rehabilitation settings is an advantage; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
