Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, polished, and customer-centric Customer Service Ambassador to join our

Autospa operations on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the face of our facility, ensuring every

client receives premium, professional care from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and attend to all Autospa clients professionally, offering a
  
  

welcoming front-desk experience.

• Communication Management: Handle incoming phone calls, respond to client messages,
  
  

and manage service inquiries effectively.

• Appointment Scheduling: Manage booking schedules, organize customer arrival slots, and
  
  

streamline vehicle service queues.

• Sales Record Tracking: Accurately update and maintain daily sales metrics, transaction
  
  

records, and service tracking sheets.

• Administrative Support: Perform basic day-to-day administrative tasks, file paperwork, and
  
  

keep the reception area organized.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Technical Literacy: Computer literate, with functional proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
  

applications (Word, Excel).

• Experience Fit: Prior experience in a customer service, retail, receptionist, or hospitality role
  
  

is highly preferred and considered an added advantage.

• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining a professional
  
  

appearance matching a premium autospa environment.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Alternate Sundays)

Off Day

1 day off per week (Saturday)
