We are seeking a Primary Class Lead Teacher to join our nature-centred school community.

We are looking for an educator who sees teaching as a living, evolving practice—someone who is self-reflective, creative, and committed to continual growth; who is able to journey alongside children, recognising that meaningful education begins with genuine relationships built on love, trust, and connection.

You will design responsive, engaging, and interactive lessons that arise from careful observation of the children, balancing academic learning with creativity, movement, artistic experiences, and time in nature.
