Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Dealer / Trading Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage trading operations, support clients, and ensure seamless execution on MT4 and MT5 platforms. This role is critical in maintaining market competitiveness, risk management, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the company's trading platform (MT4 and MT5) operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order execution.
• Execute client trades on behalf of the company in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Analyse market trends and data to provide trading insights and strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of trades, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to manage and mitigate trading risks.
• Support clients by addressing inquiries related to trading platforms, account issues, and market operations.
• Stay updated with market developments, trading strategies, and platform updates.
• Perform system testing for new trading software features or updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in trading or dealing, preferably within Forex or CFD markets.
• Proficient in MT4 and MT5 platforms, with a strong understanding of their tools and functionalities.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, ACI Dealing Certificate) are a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
