Tanggungjawab

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately execute inbound and outbound remittance (money transfer) transactions via the company system.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries, and assist them in filling out necessary transaction forms.
  • Cash Handling: Manage and balance the daily cash drawer, ensuring precise handling of local currency cash flows.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to central bank regulations (BNM guidelines), including Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  • Verification: Verify customer identification documents (passports, permits, or NRIC) before processing transfers.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer questions or transaction delays politely and professionally.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
