We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations, shipment coordination, customer service, import/export documentation and inventory activities.
Candidates with experience in Logistics, Shipping, Warehouse, Freight Forwarding, Import/Export or Operations are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri : 0900hrs to 1830hrs
Job Responsibilities
Provide customer service support via phone and email
Prepare shipping and import/export documentation according to SOP
Handle invoicing once shipments are closed
Monitor shipments to ensure they are properly cleared and delivered
Ensure KPIs are met for incoming and outgoing activities
Coordinate with the supervisor on warehouse activities
Work with other departments to fulfil orders and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and subcontractors
Coordinate with internal teams including Operations and Finance
Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment
Perform other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse, freight forwarding, import/export or operations is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to liaise with customers and different internal/external parties
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
