Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Capacity Analyst who has a basic analytical and design orientation, as well as a creative, agile, and digital mindset, and who consistently adapts to current needs by applying appropriate development options.

Key Activities:

• Create capacity management reports and views in the capacity management tool based on specifications
• Customer advice and support in the use of capacity management reports and analyzes
• Provide customer advice and assistance in using the Capacity Management Tools and in creating the Capacity Plan
• Ensure the functionality of Capacity Management Tools, Reports and Views
• Effective teamwork and proactive communication with internal customer

Education:

• University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the development of reports and data evaluations

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Basic Knowledge of operation systems and database management systems
• Knowledge of the IT operations processes (ITIL)
• Knowledge of the capacity management process
• Prefered Knowledge of BMC Helix Capacity Optimization
• Experience with infrastructure and operating systems
• Knowledge of development, documentation and optimization of reports and views
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and SQL
