Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support and monitor IT systems including network, servers, email, antivirus, and firewall
• Assist in maintaining systems such as CCTV, IP phone, and door access systems
• Perform routine system checks to ensure smooth and secure operations
• Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and technical records
• Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of IT equipment
• Set up and support mobile devices (Android & iOS)
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and implementations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, networking and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, IP phones, printers and network devices is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, email systems and basic IT security.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Able to provide friendly and effective support to end-users.
