Role Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hunt & Win – Explore new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Be the go-to person – Respond to enquiries promptly and keep customers updated at every step.
• Grow relationships – Build strong rapport, manage existing accounts, and resolve issues and complaints with care.
• Team up – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
• Advise & close – Guide customers with the right solutions and follow every deal through to completion.
• Hit your goals – Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, with full management support.
• Keep accounts healthy – Monitor collections and ensure timely payments.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience — but fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided!).
• Experience in the chemical or trading industry is an added advantage.
• Able to work at Pasir Gudang Industrial Area and travel for client visits.
