Outstation Opportunity (Please Read Before Applying)

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy travelling and meeting customers across Malaysia. As part of the position, you will travel to different states throughout Malaysia from Monday to Friday, with overnight stays during the workweek. This means you will typically not be based in Penang on weekdays and will return for the weekends.

Things to do

• Identify, approach, and acquire new gold jewelry retail partners while strengthening existing business relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with management to provide market insights and support product development and innovation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retailers, distributors, and industry stakeholders
• Coordinate and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence

• Strong discipline with the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness, observation skills, and business acumen to identify growth opportunities
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable in solving business challenges
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about achieving business goals.
• Previous experience in the gold jewelry industry is highly preferred
