Job Summary
You will perform precise on-site glass measurements, install and repair glass products, provide effective customer service, and collaborate with teams to meet business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
Measure and mark glass accurately on-site to prepare for installation or repair
Read and interpret drawings and glass specifications to guide installation and servicing tasks
Install, dismantle, or repair glass and mirror products in residential and commercial settings as assigned
Apply independent judgment to resolve customer issues promptly and deliver effective service
Provide administrative support to maintain customer satisfaction and enhance sales efficiency
Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to coordinate business operations and fulfill customer requirements
Manage team members and resolve on-site problems to ensure smooth project execution
Work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
Required competencies and certifications
Possess a Local Class 3 Driving Licence (essential for job-related travel)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass industry or related field in Singapore
Basic multilingual communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and teams
High attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and quality workmanship

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
