Our client is a global legal and professional services provider supporting leading financial institutions with legal, regulatory, and transaction services across the banking sector.

About The Role

Our client is seeking legal professionals with corporate banking experience to support global banking clients on banking and finance transactions, including reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and assisting with transaction management in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and advise on loan and transaction documents, including facility agreements and security documents.
• Review and negotiate amendments to facility letters, board resolutions, and corporate guarantees.
• Support transaction management activities for loan transactions alongside internal stakeholders and deal teams.
• Review and advise on non-standard corporate authorisation documents for banking clients.
• Deal with contract management queries and assist clients with their case load.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Outlook.
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements and security documents for syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Familiarity with APLMA documentation.
