Kerja Separuh Masa, Freelance Sports Coach-Facilitator - Corporate Events di LyfeGo - Maukerja

LyfeGo is expanding our pool of sports coaches and facilitators for our growing corporate events and team programmes in Singapore.

We work with organisations to deliver sports-based team bonding, employee engagement, wellness, and team development experiences. We are looking for coaches who are confident not only in teaching a sport, but also in creating an enjoyable and well-managed experience for adult participants of different fitness and experience levels.

What you may be involved in

• Facilitating sports activities during corporate team bonding events

• Conducting beginner-friendly sports experiences and introductory sessions

• Managing groups, explaining activities clearly, and maintaining participant engagement

• Supporting event flow, safety, equipment setup, and programme operations

• Working alongside LyfeGo facilitators and event leads for larger-scale programmes

All sports welcome.

Who we are looking for

MUST HAVE:

• 1 year of sports experience (playing/coaching)

Are comfortable engaging groups of adults in a corporate setting

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have coaching, facilitation, sports instruction, or relevant playing experience
• Can communicate instructions clearly and confidently
• Are reliable, punctual, and able to manage activities independently
• Understand that corporate sports events are about participant experience, not just technical coaching
• Are comfortable adapting activities for beginners and mixed-ability groups

Coaching certifications, first-aid qualifications, facilitation experience, and experience working with corporate groups are advantageous, but not compulsory for every role.

Engagement

This is a freelance / project-based opportunity. Coaches will be engaged according to upcoming corporate programmes, their sport specialisation, availability, and programme requirements.

There may also be opportunities to work with LyfeGo on school programmes, sports events, and larger team development projects.
