Key Responsibilities (Service Roles):

• Support daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Greet guests, manage reservations and walk-ins with a warm smile
• Uphold outlet cleanliness and team grooming standards
• Recommend menu items and attend to customer needs with care
• Handle guest feedback and recovery gracefully
• Management Trainees will also join business meetings and receive hands-on leadership development

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in F&B or customer service (preferred, but not required for Trainees)
• Coffee Barista experience will be a bonus for those appying to our casual concepts
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Friendly, proactive, and passionate about service
• Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team

Work Details:

• 5 or 6-day workweek options
• Full-time & Internship opportunities
• Salary: $2,000 – $3,500 (depending on experience)
