Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform process development activities, including process parameter scouting, optimization, verification, and process freeze, to achieve project targets in timeline, quality, cost competitiveness, and manufacturability.
• Lead technical handover and knowledge transfer activities to Operations.
• Support prototype and development sample builds.
• Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including Process Specifications, PFMEA, DFMEA, OJTI, T32 (P), and PDR.
• Provide input for and ensure the accuracy of development-related documents, including Process of Record, Assembly Design Rules, Process Roadmaps, Failure Catalogues, Control Plans, and Maintenance Checklists.
• Liaise with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives and support verification and qualification of new tooling, equipment, and materials.
• Participate in task forces and problem-solving teams, applying statistical and analytical tools such as SPC, APC, DOE, 8D, FMEA, and DFMEA.
• Identify and develop new process technologies and enhance process capability to meet business requirements.
• Support the definition and selection of process technologies, materials, equipment, and tooling.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and project team members.
• Initiate and generate intellectual property ideas through research and technical studies.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on knowledge and skills in assembly processes with relevant industry expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good collaboration, negotiation, and solution-finding skills.
• Knowledge of analytical equipment and characterization techniques.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
