Job Description:
CHEONG WOON CONSTRUCT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s strategic growth, business operations, and long-term development within Singapore’s construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall business performance, developing corporate strategies, managing major projects, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS & NATURE OF WORK

This is a

senior executive position requiring full-time commitment

to the overall operation and management of the company.

The position is

not limited to office-based or routine administrative duties

. The successful candidate is expected to take an active role in the day-to-day management of the company.

Responsible for overseeing

maximum areas of company operations

, including construction projects, manpower, procurement, business development, client management, subcontractors, financial performance and operational planning.

Must be prepared to handle a

Must be willing to work according to

project requirements and operational needs
