Role Overview

• Core Focus: Proactive analysis of financial transactions, not onboarding or Know Your Customer (KYC) tasks.
• Daily Workflow: End-to-end case handling from initial alert review to disposition, escalation, and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Segments: Covers consumer and partner business tiers.

Key Responsibilities

• Alert Review: Analyze automated system triggers or manual referrals for suspicious patterns.
• Investigations: Gather data, perform research via internal and public databases (e.g., LexisNexis), and recommend closures or SAR filings.
• Documentation: Write clear audit trails and case narratives that comply with global anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with quality control teams to meet internal policies and legal benchmarks

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
