Job Overview
We are looking for a Data Insights Manager to support data-driven decision making across business and technology projects. The role will work with internal teams and stakeholders to analyse business information, identify trends, and turn data into clear and practical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and reporting activities across business and technology projects.
• Review business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key findings.
• Work with different teams to understand business requirements and define relevant data metrics.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technology and project teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for business operations.
• Maintain data quality and ensure reports are accurate and consistent.
• Support the development and improvement of data analysis processes and reporting standards.
• Present findings and project updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage multiple analytical tasks and projects according to agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, consulting, or technology services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data visualisation platforms.
• Good understanding of business performance metrics and data reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in consulting or IT services will be an advantage.
