Job Summary

In this role, you will be the vital bridge between our end customers, marketing channel operations, and warehouse/fulfillment teams. If you love problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and making sure orders flow seamlessly from checkout to doorstep, this role is for you!

Job Description

• Support the sales team with customer service, simple invoices, follow-up sales leads, and updating inventory systems.
• Maintain and update inventory logs using internal software applications and system to track stock flow and support operational needs

• Process daily e-commerce across various platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and timely dispatch.
• Arrange stock, manage customer pre-orders, coordinate delivery and piano shifting assignments
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via livechat, email, phone, or messaging apps regarding order status, delivery updates, product details, and returns/exchanges.

• Create social media content and assist with product listings on assigned platforms to support marketing efforts

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of google workspace and customer service skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Carousell, Shopee etc.) or inventory systems is a bonus.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and stock handling
• A team player who brings positive energy to workplace
• Effective communication skills and customer service / logistics / marketing activities

Remunerations:

• Starting Monthly Salary: $3,000 - $4000 inclusive of allowances up to $500
• 5 day-work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6.00 PM
• Fringe benefits include medical benefits, insurance coverage, free music course etc.
