Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share.
• Plan and lead marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Identify new business opportunities across corporate catering, events, weddings, private functions, and other catering segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, partners, and potential customers.
• Lead sales activities including proposals, quotations, presentations, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, customer acquisition, and business development targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and explore new revenue opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve company objectives.
• Work closely with the Operations, Kitchen, and Management teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and industry opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing, and business performance reports for management.
• Manage marketing activities and budgets while ensuring measurable results and return on investment.
• Visit and coordinate with the company’s kitchen / production site in the Bangi area whenever required for business, operational, or management purposes.

Requirements

• Relevant professional certification in Food, Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a Managerial or Team Lead position.
• Previous experience in catering, F&B, hospitality, events, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, marketing, and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in dealing with corporate clients, event organisers, and high-value customers.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Commercially driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound business decisions.
• Willing and able to travel to the company’s kitchen / production site in the Bangi area when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is preferred.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
