Building on that foundation, our innovation arm, TOTM Labs, is an AI-enabled venture builder developing next-generation products that unlock the value of emerging technologies. As we expand across Southeast Asia, we are looking for someone who can own the commercial and solutioning relationship with clients and partners in-market while supporting our Singapore office.

The Role

This is a hands-on business development and solutioning role reporting directly to the Head of the AI Business Unit in Singapore. You will help turn early client interest and product concepts into validated opportunities, proofs of concept and commercially viable proposals. You will also support fundraising by developing investor materials, validating market assumptions and helping articulate the commercial potential of the AI business.

This is an execution-focused role in which you will personally conduct market and industry research, speak with clients and subject-matter experts, test use cases and gather feedback to improve product-market fit. You will scope solutions, prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate projects and proofs of concept, and manage day-to-day client and partner relationships. The role covers pre-sales and commercial development through proposal submission; ownership of the full sales cycle is not required.

What You Will Own

Fundraising

• Develop investor presentations, supporting materials and business cases for the AI business unit.
• Research market opportunities, validate assumptions and help refine the commercial and fundraising narrative.
• Coordinate inputs from product, technical and leadership stakeholders to produce accurate, decision-ready materials.

Proofs of Concept and Product Market Fit

• Identify and develop opportunities for proofs of concept with clients and partners across Southeast Asia.
• Gather structured feedback from prospects, clients and industry experts to test demand and product assumptions.
• Work with the product and technical teams to adjust use cases, positioning and product requirements based on market evidence.

Project and Account Management

• Coordinate client workstreams, pilots and internal follow-ups from initial engagement through agreed delivery milestones.
• Maintain clear action plans, owners, dependencies and timelines across clients, partners and internal teams.
• Manage day-to-day client and partner relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work.

Solutioning and Commercial Validation

• Research target industries, workflows and use cases to assess where TOTM's technology can solve a defined business problem.
• Conduct discovery discussions with clients and interviews with industry experts to validate needs, constraints and willingness to adopt.
• Translate findings into practical solution concepts, product requirements and recommendations for the Head of AI and product team.

Scoping and Proposal Development

• Lead the pre-sales process from discovery and qualification through solution scoping and proposal submission.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, statements of work, commercial models and other client materials.
• Coordinate technical, product and commercial inputs to develop credible proposals that can be delivered and commercially supported.

What You Will Bring

Essential experience and capabilities

• Hands-on experience producing high-quality proposals, presentations, business cases and client materials.
• Ability to lead discovery, research and solution-scoping discussions and translate technical concepts into clear business use cases.
• Experience coordinating client projects, proofs of concept or cross-functional workstreams with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage several opportunities and stakeholder groups while maintaining clear actions, timelines and follow-through.
• Professional fluency in English, including the ability to lead client discussions and prepare written materials in English.

Preferred experience

• Experience with AI or another emerging-technology product.
• Experience supporting fundraising, investor materials, market validation or new-venture development.
• Knowledge of the local technology ecosystem and experience developing opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Experience working with a regional or Singapore-based team across multiple markets.
