No prior experience is required—we provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. This entry-level position blends hands-on mobile app testing with user feedback analysis, giving you a direct role in helping app owners optimize their products.

Core Responsibilities

1. User Feedback Processing & Action Planning (70% Workload)

• Collect, categorize, and synthesize user reviews, app store feedback, and user tickets.
• Identify recurring functional bugs, onboarding friction, and UI/UX pain points.
• Formulate structured, actionable improvement plans for app owners to enhance their mobile apps.
• Maintain accurate records and track feedback trends over time.

2. Hands-on App Testing & QA (30% Workload)

• Perform functional testing on iOS and Android applications.
• Evaluate critical user journeys, including onboarding processes and core feature usage.
• Document software bugs and layout anomalies with clear step-by-step notes.
• Verify bug fixes alongside our internal tech team prior to app updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: None required! Full structured training will be provided upon joining.
• Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work standard Singapore Business Hours (SGT / UTC+8).
• Remote Setup: Dedicated home workspace with a reliable internet connection and a working smartphone (iOS or Android).
