Kerja Sepenuh Masa Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,800 di MRD Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing operations, production equipment improvement and engineering projects. The successful candidate will be involved in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, machine improvement and continuous improvement activities within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems involving production machinery and equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.
• Improve machine performance, reliability and production efficiency.
• Support installation, commissioning and modification of new machinery and equipment.
• Design and improve jigs, fixtures, machine components and production equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment problems.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers and contractors for machine modification, fabrication and installation.
• Support automation, productivity improvement and cost-reduction projects.
• Ensure equipment and engineering activities comply with company safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and present improvement proposals to management.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–5 years of manufacturing/equipment engineering experience will have an advantage.
• Experience with production machinery, equipment troubleshooting or preventive maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems and machine components.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other CAD software is an advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
