about the job

• This role reports to the Regional Engagement Director, Southeast Asia, with strategic direction provided by the UK-based global recruitment leadership.

• Develop and implement data-informed student recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia to achieve core institutional growth targets.

• Lead, mentor, and line-manage the regional student recruitment team to support staff performance and operational delivery.

• Cultivate and oversee high-impact relationships with recruitment agents, schools, pathway providers, and regional alumni networks.

• Collaborate with international and local marketing, admissions, and academic teams to manage the conversion funnel from lead generation to formal enrolment.

• Manage the regional recruitment budget and evaluate campaign success using CRM and business-intelligence tools.

• Ensure all international recruitment activities strictly comply with relevant visa regulations, legal obligations, and institutional policies.

Qualification
- Degree and/or recognized relevant professional qualification
