We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our team at our outlet in Ipoh.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process orders through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, neat and properly arranged.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no F&B experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage.
• Friendly, hardworking and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good teamwork and positive working attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
