Requirements
• Support the build, deployment, configuration and operation of applications and technology services across development, test and production environments.

• Assist in maintaining and improving continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, automated testing and release processes.

• Use scripting and automation to reduce repetitive operational tasks and improve deployment consistency.

• Monitor application, job, interface and infrastructure health; review alerts and logs; and assist with incident investigation, troubleshooting and service restoration.

• Support scheduled operational jobs, data flows and interfaces between systems, including basic validation and escalation of failures.

Required Skills
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in DevOps, software development, application support, systems administration or a related internship or project environment.

• Foundational knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and tools.

• Basic experience with version control, preferably Git, and familiarity with branching, pull requests and release workflows.

• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash or a similar language.

• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration, networking concepts, web applications, APIs and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
