Description:
Assist in customers’ general enquiries.
Proactive sharing, understanding and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where suitable for enhanced customers’ experience and journey.
Be familiar with latest banking products and services to suggest as alternative solutions to customers where fitting
Requirements:
Be able to stand for long hours.
Commit to branch operating hours for 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
