Manage the front desk by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, as well as welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
Oversee visitor registration processes and ensure adherence to office security and access control procedures.
Prepare personalized welcome poster for guests at the reception area.
Administer door access cards, including issuance, tracking, and deactivation.
Coordinate company transportation arrangements, including employee bus services.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
Manage office supplies and services, including stationery, pantry inventory, catering, vending machines, and taxi bookings.
Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure proper setup for meetings, appointments, and training sessions, including preparation of refreshments when required.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, meeting rooms, and common office spaces.
Arrange daily lunch orders for employees through approved vendors.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong customer service mindset, with a professional and welcoming attitude
