Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory and stock information accurately in the Company's system to support relocation.
• Record assets received, issued, transferred, and returned.
• Verify inventory data against check-in/out and physical stock.
• Assist with assets' counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and report discrepancies between system records and actual stock.
• Maintain proper filing of inventory-related documents and records.
• Prepare basic inventory reports and stock movement summaries.
• Ensure all inventory data is updated promptly and accurately.
• Perform other administrative and inventory-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or any related field.
• Able to work 4-months contract.
• Able to work office shift.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
