# Account Assistant

### Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Account Assistant** to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

### Responsibilities

* Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.

* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

* Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents.

* Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

* Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.

* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.

* Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.

* Assist the Finance/Accounts Manager with other accounting-related tasks as required.

### Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Knowledge of accounting principles and basic bookkeeping.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

* Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
